What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments via PayPal; if you don’t have a PayPal account you can still use the site to pay using your credit or debit card.

Are my payment details secure?

All transactions are handled securely by PayPal. No credit or debit card details are stored by us.

What happens after I place an order?

We’ll send a confirmation to the email address you supplied when you placed your order. If you don’t receive a confirmation, please email us at boogiewoogieshop@gmail.com. We’ll process your order as soon as possible and you’ll receive another email to let you know when your order has been posted.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we post orders only within the UK. If you’re based in another country and would like to place an order, please contact us.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is £3.50 per order.

When will I get my order?

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail first class post and will usually arrive within 2 working days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not been dispatched you may cancel it or make changes by emailing us at boogiewoogieshop@gmail.com. If your order has been dispatched, please contact us to arrange a return and refund.

Can I get a refund?

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may change your mind and return your order for a refund within 7 days of receipt. Please return any unwanted items, providing they remain complete, in their original condition, unused and still in their original packaging for a refund. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.
